I ordered these jeans on a whim, imagining I would try them on and immediately have to box them up for return. What were the chances these would actually work out? Wow, was I happily surprised. The color is a dark, dressy navy, in a good medium weight. The waist band is a miracle: There is no hint of elastic showing from the outside, but, because it's completely lined with with a soft elastic, it fits closely, just below waist level, but does not bind. The tag promised "the most comfortable jean you'll ever wear" and I'd say they nailed it. I ordered petite, and they are not only my perfect leg length, but are also proportionately shortened in the crotch, which doesn't always happen. I was leery of the 2% spandex in the fabric content, as I've had spandex jeans in the past that grew as I wore them, to the point I thought they'd fall off, but no such problem with these. I'll definitely be ordering again.
