Customer Review: Good pants minus the distress

They fit well and lay correctly. My only complaint is that they have a lot of "distress" on the front around the pockets and the knees. When did Lee start trying to make designer pants? I just want plain old work jeans. It just looks weird. Oh, and the pockets are shallow and there is a rivet in the right one which catches my thumb when I'm trying to get to my keys. Not enough to warrant a return, but I would have liked to know.
